Seamless Nickel 200 Nickel Alloy Pipe is high-purity nickel tube known for their excellent resistance to corrosion, strong mechanical properties, and ability to perform under extreme temperatures and harsh chemical environments. Ideal for chemical processing, power generation, and marine applications, these tubes are designed to offer long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.

Broad Corrosion Resistance: Resistant to sulfuric acid (up to 50% concentration at 150°C), hydrochloric acid (up to 8% at 60°C), seawater, and chloride solutions, outperforming 316L and even some duplex steels in aggressive media.
High-Temperature Performance: Maintains mechanical properties from -196°C to 550°C, with excellent resistance to intergranular corrosion and oxidation in both reducing and weakly oxidizing conditions.
Low Magnetic Permeability & Thermal Conductivity: Suitable for applications requiring non-magnetic components (e.g., marine sensors) and efficient heat transfer in heat exchangers.
Superior Fabricability: Readily weldable with ERNiCrMo-3 filler metal, and formable via cold or hot working, though post-weld heat treatment is unnecessary unless specified for critical SCC environments.
Offshore Oil & Gas: Used in seawater injection systems, subsea pipelines, and gas sweetening units, resisting chloride-induced SCC and H2S corrosion in sour gas environments.
Chemical Processing: Handles sulfuric acid pickling baths, phosphate fertilizers, and organic solvents in reactors, evaporators, and pipelines.
Desalination Plants: Ideal for heat exchanger tubes in multi-stage flash (MSF) and reverse osmosis (RO) systems, enduring high-temperature seawater and brine.
Nuclear Industry: Employed in spent fuel pools and primary coolant systems due to its resistance to radiation-induced corrosion and low activation properties.
